I am taking a break from blogging. A lot has happened over the past months and I recently had a bike accident with a traumatic head injury, from which I am still recovering.

Right now I am taking a break from blogging. But one thing is for sure: When I return, I will definitely make some changes. I write about my sports & outdoor adventures to inspire others. To share my stories, proving that you can manage almost any challenge, if you believe in yourself, stay strong and fight for your dreams. Even with the tiniest chance, you can make the most of it. That’s the reason why I started running.

For now, I need to get fit myself. – I had a major setback and will just focus on my recovery for a while.
