Last week was a good week, since I started noticing a positive change in my body – I get stronger and fitter day by day, the new workout routine gives me enough time to recover and I start building up long, lean muscles keeping my feminine curves. For the next weeks, I will go on different running routes (trail, road, track) trying out new running shoes so that I can provide you with a comprehensive review and exclusive insights ’cause it’s not easy to find the perfect running shoe.
But for now, I’ll share my workout routine for week 4 of my 12 week fitness challenge.

Monday: butt, waist, hips
Wednesday: training for long, lean legs, abs, chest and back
Friday: butt workout, planking
Sunday: chest, back
